A deposit may be required from you to book/confirm an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be paid through Zelle or Venmo. The funds from the deposit will be applied towards your final pay at the end of the service. If you happen to cancel your appointment then the deposit will not be refunded and will be held for another appointment.
Please plan to arrive 10 mins before your scheduled appointment time. Once you arrive, take a few mins to unwind and relax. At times there may be another client in the salon getting a service done while you are getting yours done. Please be patient. You will be in and out of the chair with luxury and glamorous hair in no time. It will be well worth the wait.
I value my clients time and I trust that they value my time as well as any one else’s time. I do not want to compromise any client short from the time and quality of work I am trusted to perform.
To insure that all clients are being serviced promptly and to also ensure that nothing is taken away from the integrity of the work, any client who is late by 15 mins or more, may be reschedule.
Therefore, if you happen to be 15 minutes late to your appointment for whatever reason that is in or out of our control, then the appointment may have to be rescheduled.
Please allow at least a 48 hour period for any cancellations. If in the event, that is not possible, please let me know as soon as possible.
If you happen not show up for your appointment without informing, then you will not be entitled to book again, unless you give a non refundable deposit for the full price of the service.
Due to the nature of the job, no refunds will be issued. If you happen to need a correction then please notify as soon as possible. Any corrections not mentioned before one week of the initial service may not be corrected.
